What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, the way you have asked us to reach you, and your message. The server also records the network address the message came from, which helps us tell real messages from automated ones. If you choose not to give us a way to reach you, we simply cannot reply.
Like almost every website, our server keeps ordinary logs of requests: the page asked for, the time, the network address, and the browser’s description of itself. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
What we do with it
We use your message to respond to you. It is stored on our own server, and it may be forwarded to the fellowship’s email so that the right person can reply. That is the whole list.
What we never do
We do not sell or share your information with anyone. We do not keep marketing lists or send mail you did not ask for. There is no third-party advertising on this site and no third-party tracking or analytics; no one is building a profile of you from your visit here.
Cookies
This site uses functional cookies only. If the site is in preview, a cookie remembers that you have entered the preview password. If you are signed in to the site’s admin area, a cookie keeps your session open. Neither is used for any other purpose, and neither follows you to other sites.
The contact form may show a Cloudflare Turnstile check to stop automated submissions. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare and operates under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Questions
If you have a question about any of this, or would like a message you sent to be deleted, use the contact page and tell us. Deletion requests are handled by the same people who read the form, and we will confirm when it is done.
